1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betjlll ("the Company", "betjlll", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the betjlll website, mobile web interface, games, sportsbook, live casino services, and any other features or services made available through the betjlll platform.

By accessing the betjlll website, using the betjlll Login system, opening a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

betjlll reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent closure.

Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds held in such an account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full. betjlll will report any suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on betjlll. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across all duplicate accounts. betjlll uses automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour.

When registering your betjlll account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, a working mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjlll Login credentials, including your username and password. betjlll will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from betjlll requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All betjlll accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wager requirements, and account balances are displayed and processed in BDT. betjlll does not offer multi-currency accounts. By registering an account, you accept that all financial transactions will be conducted in BDT.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your betjlll account. betjlll does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

betjlll reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested by accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending document submission. betjlll will not unreasonably withhold or delay legitimate withdrawal requests from verified accounts.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on betjlll are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betjlll does not offer foreign currency conversion services. If your payment provider applies a currency conversion at their end, any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are your responsibility and betjlll accepts no liability for these costs.

4.4 Deposit Limits and Responsible Spending

betjlll provides all registered players with the ability to set voluntary deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These limits can be set or adjusted from within your account settings following betjlll Login. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect. betjlll encourages all players to use these tools as part of a healthy approach to gambling.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betjlll offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to your betjlll account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the offer explicitly states that they apply to the bonus plus deposit combined. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino table games and certain slot titles may have reduced or zero contribution — refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable contribution table.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betjlll actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed primarily to meet wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment, exploiting errors or technical glitches in bonus calculations, and coordinating with other players to take advantage of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed without prior notice.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

betjlll may offer special promotional events tied to culturally significant dates in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available only to eligible registered players. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside the betjlll platform.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

6.1 Game Integrity

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the relevant wager amount refunded to your betjlll account balance. betjlll's decision in these matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

6.4 Responsible Use of Platform Features

Players are expected to use the betjlll platform for its intended purpose — personal, adult entertainment. Systematic exploitation of platform features, software vulnerabilities, or network conditions to gain an unfair advantage over betjlll or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betjlll and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on betjlll if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods to fund your account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live table games such as Teen Patti.
• Money laundering: Using betjlll to process the proceeds of criminal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with betjlll in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at Your Request

You may close your betjlll account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support at betjlll. Upon receiving a closure request, betjlll will process any pending eligible withdrawals and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. If your reason for closure is related to problem gambling, our team will treat your request as a self-exclusion and apply additional protections accordingly.

8.2 Closure by betjlll

betjlll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or where betjlll determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no betjlll Login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. betjlll will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. After 24 months of inactivity, betjlll may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances, subject to applicable regulations. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon verification.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. 8.5 Disputes and Complaints
